We have spots for experienced players and players who are completely new to the sport.
Bring thick socks, long breathing (sports)clothing, like a tracksuit and wintergloves (for safety reasons). If you have your own gear (skates, sticks, kneepads etc.) please bring them.
If you want to join, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or use the contact form on the website. Please mention your shoe size, if you have any gear like skates or sticks and what experience you have.
Yesterday the first team of the Icehawks won against the runner-up in the student division Groningen Bulldogs, beating them 6-0. With one match to go, the Icehawks have secured their third championship in a row and fourth championship in five years.
Next Friday we will play our last away game of this season against Amsterdam Thor. In the off-season we will have a lot to look forward to: organizing both the NSK-tournament in Eindhoven and Roger’s anniversary tournament.
First of all, the Icehawks are off to a great start: our rookie team won 10-1 against Low Tech Hockey Eindhoven and the first team won the first three games in the Student League: 17-1 and 20-0 against Enschede and 10-1 against the Saints from Nijmegen.
This year we won’t organize the Juan Carcelén Tournament, since we are organizing two other tournaments: the National Student Championship tournament will be held in Eindhoven this year at the 15th and 16th of June. More information will follow on this website.
We will also organize a small tournament for Roger Provencher, our coach, to celebrate with (old)-members his 20th anniversary with the Icehawks and 16th birthday. People will get personal invitations or can send an email to email@example.com.
